Together with EFO we work to reduce risk management and work on FOB basis and therefore offer to cover the risk and uncertainties on the shipping market. Accepted and Refused Types of Waste
We need to know everything about the certain waste type; where it came from originally and how it has been produced and handled – as well as we also need to be able to show full transparency to our partners. Therefore bale presentation and quality are two crucial factors for shipping. We accept:
- SRF (Solid Recovered Fuel)
- RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel)
- RWW (Recycled Waste Wood)
Mälarenergi tries to minimize the use of fossil fuels at all levels. We do not accept these wastes:
- Uncontrolled/unsorted compostable waste
- Radioactive material
