If you are moving home, you can take your electricity supply contract with you to your new address if you wish. Contact the Customer Centre helpline on 021 39 50 50 and we can help you. If you move outside the electricity network area you can’t take your network contract with you. You will have to contact your network operator well ahead of the move in order to cancel your contract.
